The following is a rendition of balboa Harbor by Hawaii based artist Ronaldo Macedo. Most anyone who grew up in California recognizes this scene of the harbor as it is lined with homes overlooking the water. Macedo rendered it with a impressionistic realism that takes the viewer into the scene. The mix of soft and bold colors along with the reflection of them in the water shows the quality of Macedos paintings.2
